Sorry, Igor's free bike repair day, scheduled for Nov. 1, has had to be postponed.

I would love to talk to him with an idea that might interest him. I don't want to give him a hard time, and don't care about the guilt or innocence of him or his friends with regard to bike thefts in Toronto. But I do hate the idea of thousands of bikes and their parts going to rusty waste or, as bad, being sold to profit cops. I have an idea how this might be avoided. I live on the other side of the park and could meet him for a coffee if he calls me. 416-530-7888.
