Bike rings busted!

311 gave me the 911 on post and rings: these fall under street furniture. no reference numbers for complaints/requests. 311 has a convenient loophole in seeing these are eliminated. we might remember street furniture is an alter ego of astral billboards, the people who clear cut post and rings for more illegal billboard space.
