Bicycle Refinishing

Hello everybody. I have an old bike that I would like to refinish. First, I am going to have to strip off the original powdercoat paint. Does anybody have any tips on how to do this? I have been trying to find somebody in town who would sandblast it, but not many shops seem interested in doing bike frames. I have also heard that Permatex Gasket Stripper would do the job. Does anybody have any ideas or experiences they would like to share?
