bike s'toon

i was recently in sask and found the beginnings of some cycling culture there. lots of mountain bikes. hybrids. not many road bikes at all, but what i did see were either stylish and nice or vintage and mostly taken care of.

the cycling saskatoon people and their review of the cycling laws stuff. good to read through these. turns out you have to have lights there too. but i'd not heard of this being enforced as a cash grab the way it is here with the bells / lights fines.
