"For me, it's a way to get exercise," he said, insisting his desire to learn the skill has nothing to do with Toronto's recent push, under Mayor David Miller's administration, to make the city more bike friendly.

Hmmm why his insistance on being a driver and not a cycler?

"I can't usually go left," joked Minnan-Wong, referring to his defined spot on the political right.
