Besides the Big Cities like London UK, Paris FR, New York USA, Boston USA, Montreal PQ, now we are seeing even small cities like Portland OR looking to help cyclists. Notice that Toronto's not on that list - Va. bill for more bicycle clearance is defeated (The Virginian-Pilot, Feb 15 2010) Virginia's bill to give cyclists three feet instead of the current two was defeated. At least they have a minimum safe distance. Here the OPP have let motorists hit cyclists for sport
