*from a slowly moving vehicle on friday evening
*i was compelled to not leave the truck and get it
and when i had rounded up someone to go and put a lock on it, it was already gone. yay for friends and for sms. boo for malicious bike thieves. and anyone who might buy from them.
i am absolutely certain that this was my bike. first time i'd actually seen it since it was taken from me. so someone is riding it. as i went through the detail check, we were already driving away. i am kicking myself for being less assertive about reclaiming my property than i ought to have been.

as of friday:
- same saddle, racing profile. has a circular saw blade embroidered into it. grey highlights on black.
- same fenders. black plastic - planet bike style
- wheels. same wheels. security skewers.
- same bar tape. red/orange.
please let me know anything you know about this bike. clearly i am still attached to it. whoever is riding it has removed my rack but i still have the key for the krypto lock that was/ is on the rack. yes, it was unlocked when it was stolen from the bike shop where i was working at the time. a moment of inattention and a malicious person make for unfortunate results.
