What is the with Toronto Sun's hate-on for cyclists?

Anybody else catch the Toronto Sun's attempt to vilify all cyclists by association, today?

The Sun ran a picture of the accused on a bicycle on the front page, and then had this story on page 3.

I especially likes the second paragraph, which reads thus:

The bicycle-riding Richard Esber Kachkar, 44, formerly of St. Catharines, was a tool and die maker.
