Hotels with bikes for guests

A number of hotels are starting to offer bicycles to their customers. In Toronto it's the Drake Hotel teaming up with Set Me Free. These are basically simple cruiser bikes for tourists:

The Drake hotel on Toronto's hipster Queen St West, has formalized the bike trend by offering a two-wheel themed package. Their Camp Drake programme, in effect till Labour Day, includes an overnight stay, two cruiser bicycles from Set Me Free on Roncesvalles Ave., a picnic lunch and a guide leading guests to ""bikeable events"" around town, such as the Canstage presentation of The Tempest at High Park. And if you're afraid of being bashed by an opening car door on Queen Street, as you gallery hop by bike, The Drake turns guests on to bike-friendly streets away from the scarier thoroughfares.

Even high end hotels are doing it:

The Park Hyatt's Toronto location, on Avenue Rd. and Bloor St., also has bikes. In addition to the helmets, locks, and bottled water that are included with each Trek, the hotel will provide biking maps. Public Relations Manager Alexandra Menear says that Toronto Island has so far been the most inquired about route. "It's easy to get straight there, and there are fabulous trails." She stresses that the cruisers on offer are made for easy exploring of a city, and not workout machines for hard core fitness buffs.
