I had a really bad
Sun, 10/02/2011 - 13:32I had a really bad exprerience at Dukes,
I brought my bike in to get my chain fixed,
and I was presented with a 250 dollar bill.
I am just warning you guys, make really sure you
tell them twice no add on, no premium tune-up,
no new cables.. etc.
the worse part of it all was that the chain broke
3 months later.
I emailed them to complain.. and they "misplaced the emails" and didn't get
back to me for a month...
I would go to your neighborhood shop, small places
don't try to add anything extra. Same parts and Friendly service.
