We have enjoyed another family day and are back to bring you a pulse pounding episode of bike stories that are going to make you achieve nirvana, or at least getting you on your bike and riding. We have interviews to set you up for the Ice Race that is happening on Saturday February 21st @ 9pm. We have reigning ice queen, Briana Illingsworth and Jim ‘the ice bear” Kuz.
